I would like to introduce everyone to Freshbooks, a online invoicing and time tracking system that makes most self employed people jump for joy. I have been using Freshbooks for almost a year now and have come to enjoy the ease of use and see it’s potential for expansion. Using this system has made the whole invoicing process too easy.

The added connection to Outright, a free online bookeeping system, compliments what Freshbooks lacks. Making Freshbooks and Outright a online duo that can help save most self-employed business owners much time and hassle, plus being that they are both online no worries about HD failure and losing all your record keeping info to bad luck or an old computer.

Using Freshbooks has made the process of estimating, contracts, and bookeeping so much easier. I can add clients and keep track of sales in a simplified manner that’s saved me tons of time and energy. Try it out today and see how much easier your business can be run with the help of Freshbooks.

Thanks so much, William – delighted that your experience with FreshBooks has been a good one so far. I think your point about having your business data online is a really good one too. This is a conceptual hump some people struggle to get over – the thought that your data is all out there “in the cloud” seems to freak some people out. Having lost way too much data to dead hard drives over the years (including thousands of family photos when our old 500GB backup drive died), I’m a happy convert to the cloud-based way of running things. With critical business and financial info, I think paying someone else to keep your data secure is way more sensible.

Again, thanks – if you ever need any help with your FreshBooks account, don’t hesitate to get in touch.
